When you create an account on bearfish, you agree to the terms that govern how we operate our platform, how we handle your personal data, and what happens if disputes arise. We keep these terms straightforward: we require identity verification before deposits, we process withdrawals through a standard review window, and we protect your account through encryption and optional two-factor authentication. Our terms apply to all users accessing bearfish from supported jurisdictions via Android app, iOS browser, or desktop.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, enabling two-factor authentication if available, and reviewing your account activity regularly. If you lose money due to your own negligence (sharing your password, using an insecure device, ignoring fraud alerts), we cannot reimburse you. However, if we discover a genuine security breach on our platform, we will notify you immediately and take corrective action.

Our maximum liability to you for any single claim is the amount you have deposited into your account in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from your use of bearfish.

Closing Your bearfish Account

You can close your bearfish account at any time via the account settings menu. If your account has a balance, we process a withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing. If you request account closure mid-withdrawal, we complete the pending withdrawal and then close the account. Once closed, your account cannot be reactivated—you must create a new account if you wish to use bearfish again.

We may close your account if you violate our terms, engage in fraud, use the account for money laundering, or access bearfish from a restricted jurisdiction. If we close your account for policy violations, we process any remaining balance as a withdrawal to your registered payment method within thirty days, unless the account is subject to legal investigation or we suspect criminal activity.

Changes to Our bearfish Terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we notify you via email at least thirty days before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of bearfish is subject to Indonesian jurisdiction. For disputes that cannot be resolved through our dispute-resolution process, either party may initiate legal proceedings in Indonesian courts.
